Welcome to Loycals, a service provided by Loycals Inc. (Loycals, “we” “our”, “us”).

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and disclose your information when you use www.loycals.com (the “Website”) and our mobile apps (the "Apps").

Information collection and use

We collect and use your information below to provide our Services and to measure and improve them over time.

Basic Account information: When you enter a contest, you provide some personal information, such as your name, email address and city as well as age and gender.

Location Data: We automatically receive your location when you use the Apps or Website. We use various technologies to determine location, such as location services of the applicable operating system or browser and sensor data from your device. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, Loycals only uses this data in aggregate or anonymous form.

Additional information: If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request.

Contests: By entering a contest you consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of my name, addresses (city, province/territory), voice, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats without further notice, permission or compensation.


Links: Loycals may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services.

Loycals engages certain onward subprocessors that may process personal data submitted to Loycal's services. These subprocessors are listed below, as may be updated by Loycals from time to time:
